LifeLog AI is an AI-powered personal memory assistant that helps users capture, organize, and search their everyday experiences and important information. It uses AI to analyze voice notes, photos, documents, receipts, and personal notes, automatically connecting them into a searchable timeline of memories. With its “Ask My Life” feature, users can ask natural-language questions about their past and instantly find relevant information, conversations, people, places, and moments — turning scattered personal data into an intelligent, searchable memory.

- Ensuring user privacy and data security given the highly personal nature of the information being stored.
Approach
Research & Discovery
- Interviewed users about how they currently try (and fail) to keep track of personal memories, documents, and important life details.
- Researched existing note-taking, journaling, and photo-organization apps to identify gaps in cross-format search and AI-powered recall.
- Studied natural-language query patterns to understand how users would naturally “ask” questions about their past.
Information Architecture
- Designed user flows for multi-format capture (voice, photo, document, note) and unified timeline organization.
- Mapped how different data types — people, places, dates, topics — connect to one another within the AI’s memory graph.
- Structured the “Ask My Life” query flow from natural-language input to relevant, contextual results.
Design & Development
- Built a clean, timeline-based mobile UI that visually organizes memories chronologically and by category.
- Integrated AI models for voice transcription, image recognition, and document analysis to extract meaningful data from each input type.
- Developed a memory-linking engine that connects related entries (people, places, events) across different formats and dates.
- Implemented natural-language processing for the “Ask My Life” feature, enabling conversational search over personal data.
